Las Takuches offers what I like to call "healthy tacos". They taste nice but don't satisfy my need for grease. The stand is festive. It is complete with Christmas window decals and flashing neon rainbow lights (there's a gay bar down the road). The salsa is top notch. It's perfect for the delicate taste bud. This stand is open relatively early compared to other stands I've visited. My friends and I hit this one up at 10:15pm--no problem. And yes, they do serve Mexican Coke. It's $2.00 here. I've found it for cheaper at other stands though. The server seemed shy and only semi bilingual. If you check this stand out you better start practicing your Spanglish. However, if you understand the phrase "Yeah, hi. Un asada porfavor" then you're ready to go.
